Returns and exchange policy

We want you to be totally satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, we are happy to refund the order for the total price or the product on sale subject to the following conditions:

 

- The product must be returned within 30 days of purchase along with the original proof of purchase. We suggest that all products be tested as soon as possible to be able to make the return on time.

 

- The products must be returned in original condition. To return a product we need to provide an Authorization Number for the return.

 

For this, we need you to send us an email with the following information:

Our team will answer you by sending the Authorization Number of the return to the next two business days, and we will send you the address to which to send the order.

 

Please note:

- Your Authorization Number must be clearly written on the front of the box in which you send the product. If we can not identify the Authorization Number it could be returned to your original address.

- For a refund or change of product, it must be returned in the original shipping conditions.

 

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE RETURN OF THE ORDER?

 

Subject to our obligations under Consumer Law or similar legislation, for any return, you will be responsible for shipping and bear the charges for the return. If the order does not arrive in good condition we will not be able to make a full refund, so we recommend sending the order by a method that is able to track to the final address to avoid loss or damage.

 

HOW WILL MY REFUND BE MADE?

 

Once we receive and verify the products, we will proceed to make the refund for the purchase price (excluding the original shipping cost) directly to the payment method used for the purchase.

 

We promise to make the refund as soon as we receive the orders but please, consider that the money may take to reach your account between 1 and 5 days.

 

You will receive a confirmation email with the status of the refund once completed. We do not reimburse the initial shipping costs for returned items, only for defective products.
