HOW MUCH WILL SHIPPING COST?

We offer free shipping for all orders placed for Spain and Australia, as well as for orders over €100 or $150. For international orders (not including Australia and Spain) we offer a fixed rate of 9.90USD.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

If the order is placed after 3pm, your order will be dispatched the next business day. During high season or the 5 days prior to the launch of a new collection there could be delays in the preparation of the order. For international orders, the delivery time will depend on the selected country.

WILL THERE BE DELAYS?

During sales or promotions or within 5 days of the new collection there could be delays in shipping, we appreciate your patience with this situation.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ITEM?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email along with the tracking number of the order. All orders placed in Spain will be sent with Correos and it will take between 2 and 3 days to arrive. All orders placed in Australia will be shipped with Australia Post and it will take between 2 and 5 days to arrive. All orders placed from other countries will be sent via Australia Post (from Australia) or DHL (from Spain) depending on the location of the country in question. DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Yes, we offer a period of 30 days to return or exchange all products. You can find our Return Policy in the corresponding tab at the bottom of the Home page.

To return a product, we will send you a Return Authorization Number. Our team of returns will answer you with this number during the next 2 business days, and will send you the address to which you have to send your product. 

 

Please note: 

 

-Your Return Authorization Number must be clearly written on the front of your package. 

-For a return (both product and money) or a change, your product has to be in perfect condition.

WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVED A FAULTY/INCORRECT ITEM?

​Please, send us an email as soon as possible with your order number and we will make a change of the product or we will refund the money. For a defective order we request that you also send a photo of the product.
