1. SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders placed on our website are sent from Australia or Spain depending on the country of destination. For orders made from Spain or from Australia the shipping costs are included in the final price. If you have any questions or if we can help you with anything, please contact us at
2. SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA OR SPAIN:
- Free shipping for all orders.
Orders placed from Spain are sent by Correos and will take 2-4 business days to arrive after shipment from our warehouse.
Orders placed from Australia are shipped by Australia Post's Regular Service and it takes 2-5 business days to arrive after shipment from our warehouse.
All orders placed after 3pm are processed the next day. Once your order is sent you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and the order tracking details.
3. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If you are outside of Australia or Spain, we offer the following service:
International Courier (DHL's Global Mail):
- Rate of € 5.95 (exchange rate applied depending on the country and currency)
- Delivery between 5-14 business days (certain shipments may take longer depending on the country)
- Monitoring from start to finish. Once sent, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and the tracking details.
Once your order arrives in your country, it will be taken to the local post office to complete the delivery. We recommend that you contact your local postal office directly if you have any kind of problem with the shipment of the order.
International shipping means that you may be required to pay some import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs costs in their own country. Bayron Bay is legally required to declare the total amount paid in international payments and must include an invoice for the clients if they require it. For more information, we recommend contacting your local shipping office.
4. PROCESS AND DELIVERY DATES:
All orders placed after 3pm are shipped from our warehouse the next business day.
Please consider that during the periods of high season or in the first 5 days of the launch of a new collection or sales, there may be some delays in shipments.
Once your order has been located in your city, you will be sent an email confirmation immediately to be sent to your personal address. If you do not receive an email confirmation, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Orders are sent during business hours from Monday to Friday.
Purchases made during weekends or official holiday days will be processed the next business day.
